Once you have checked to make sure you are eligible for an award please complete an official application, either using the form below or by downloading the printed version.

Please note we cannot guarantee your tickets will be sent out in time if travel date is in the next 6 weeks.

Please note: Applications from individuals and families cannot be made on behalf of another family – these must be made by the families themselves.

Please note individuals and organisations are limited to one application per year and as such any further applications received within the same calendar year will be rejected.

The information given in this application form is complete and accurate

Tickets provided for entry to Merlin Group Attractions will be used in the manner for which they have been provided

they will be used by the children/families for whom the application has been made
they may not be passed on to anyone else
they may not be sold for financial gain
they may not be used as prizes for raffles, auctions etc or other fundraising activities

If entry tickets are not used then they will be returned to Merlin’s Magic Wand

Financial grants made by Merlin’s Magic Wand will be used for the purposes described in the application

If a trip is not made and the funds not used then they will be returned to Merlin’s Magic Wand

Ticket recipients are subject to the admissions policies, rules and regulations of the attraction that they are visiting.

It is the ticket recipients responsibility to carry out risk assessments where appropriate and Merlin’s Magic Wand does not take responsibility the appropriateness of the attraction for the recipient.

The criteria under which Merlin’s Magic Wand’s take decisions on providing support are subject to change at any time, and the charity’s decision on support is final.
