A London treat for Elizabeth
London Eye, 13th March 2010
Elizabeth was born with a cleft palate and had trouble feeding at birth. She has had numerous operation since birth the most recent being in November last year to help her speech. She also has development issues and goes to the Child Development Centre in Poole for one to one working in small groups amongst other children with similar conditions. After all this, Elizabeth was ready for a much needed break and her mum was told about Merlin's Magic Wand by one of the centres employees, and with our help, we made her day special with a trip to the London Aquarium and The London Eye. As you can see from the picture, Elizabeth was over the moon!
